  • Vickie Khoo

    Vickie Khoo
    Director, Finance and Admin

    Ms Khoo has consultancy and audit experience, covering various industries such as banks, financial institutions, healthcare, property, trading, engineering, shipbuilding and manufacturing when she was with KPMG Singapore. She subsequently joined a diversified conglomerate which has business interests in equities investments, property development and investments, manufacturing, trading, retail and financial services. Ms Khoo has also worked in fund management and venture capital companies where she was responsible for operations, finance, corporate reporting, fund accounting, investors reporting and administration, compliance and regulatory reporting. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and MBA, and is Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and CPA Australia.

  • Christopher Sweeney

    Christopher Sweeney
    Director, GMP Operations

    Mr Sweeney is a pharmaceutical professional with over 25 years’ experience in GMP manufacture of Pharma and Biopharma products. He has worked for some of the largest biotech companies and successfully designed, built, validated and operated facilities around the World. He has extensive knowledge of the regulations governing the manufacture of biopharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals and has first-hand experience in the registration of these products in WHO, FDA and EU markets. In 2004 he was the EU GMP Expert for ASEAN in the EU-ASEAN GMP standardisation programme.

  • Dr Tee Wee Wong

    Dr Tee Wee Wong
    Director, Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance

    Dr Wong has a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Sydney and his research focussed on the effects of class III antiarrhythmics drugs on fibrillation and defibrillation thresholds. He started his pharmaceutical career in a start-up company manufacturing novel drug delivery systems for the eye. Throughout his 5 ½ years of experience in this company, he was responsible for the transfer of technology from the US parent company to the Singapore facility, and was responsible for the registration of its first product in both Singapore and South Korea. Prior to joining Prime Biologics, he was a Regulatory Consultant with the Health Sciences Authority of Singapore and had served for 9 years.

  • John Andrews

    John Andrews
    Vice-President Science & Technology

    Dr Andrews has in excess of 20 years skilled practice in chemistry/biochemistry R&D, particularly separations science and protein chemistry, across the biomedical, agricultural and biotechnology industries. He has a BA (Honours-I-Chemistry) from Macquarie University and a PhD from the University of Sydney. Working under a range of regulatory environments (GMP/GLP/ISO), he has significant experience in areas of production, product/process development and analytical/process validation. He has managed research, process development and production teams, of varying sizes, at institutions such as Bond University, CSIRO, Biotech Australia and Gropep.
